How long does it take before I can see my samples of company (Product) Design?

The time we take to design the samples is 4-5 days.

How many changes may I ask for my company (Product) Design?

Depend of the package you have choose.

What if I have my own idea for the company (Product) Design?

Any idea that may help our designer create a logo to your satisfaction can be sent in once you have retained our services.

Who keeps rights to the company (Product) Design?

The rights of the logo chosen are given to the client while rights to the samples remain with Logo Designs Photografico.

What if I want and I demand a refund?

-Should you contact photografico.com within 2 days you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

-You must allow up to 30 days for credit and refunds to be processed and applied to your account.

What color format do you provide the logos in?

We provide the logo in RGB or CMYK colors.

What are CMYK colors?

CMYK colors are used for off-set printing purposes. Prints include standard colored stationary etc.

What if I want my logo in RGB colors?

CMYK colors are convertible to RGB colors (also known as screen colors). However, when printing with RGB colors, the colors will not be accurate. Thus, they are best used for websites only.

I hired in Photografico a few months back to make a logo for my boyfriends website as a birthday gift. My boyfriend was thrilled with the logo and uses it all the time now on t-shirts, cups and websites. The quality work is amazing and very well worth the price! I then decided I would have a logo made for my own sites, Photografico was very patient with me since I being a female had him change it about 20 times....lol The final product was very good and well worth the price and we will be using this logo for many years to come :)
